It is a mandatory service provided through the "Qiwa" platform that requires private sector establishments with 50 or more employees to disclose annual training and development data for their human resources.

The number of trainees who have actually been trained, whether Saudi or non-Saudi.

Number of trainees enrolled in training programs during the year.

Average number of training hours per employee.

Total spending on training during the year.
